New Machinery We have a new turf cutter! Our old one was starting to under-perform, something we don't tolerate here, so we traded it in for a fantastic new model. After trial and error on the last machine, the feedback was that the 24" wide rolls were not good for handling, so we have gone back to traditional sizes. The new cutter has been in use now for some weeks, and the improvement in the rolls alone speaks volumes. Second Grade Turf Some of you may be familiar with our 'Sherborne' grade of turf, which is an excellent type of grass, although due to a lack of demand for non-rye grass, we currently have an excess to clear before returning the field to other crops next year. So if you are on a tight budget, but don't want to compromise on quality, why not ask us to quote for 'Sherborne Turf', you may be pleasantly surprised! Fertiliser Now is the time to feed your lawn. We can supply a slow-release fertiliser for Spring/Summer. Supplied in granule form, it contains 40% Nutralene® which will release Nitrogen over a period of 8-10 weeks, enriching the soil microbiology also.
