Sherborne Turf Open Day
Open Day 24 March 2011
The Sherborne Turf Open Day held on Thursday 24 March was a great success, & we would like to say a big thank you to all of the customers who attended, and the suppliers who helped make the day possible.
The event was held in the turf field from which we are currently harvesting, and the day included regular demonstrations on turf cutting & stacking - click on the link for a short demo*

As well as our quality turf, we were able to display our full range of products, with dumpy bags of topsoil, compost, bark & mulch, together with seed, fertiliser, landscape accessories and irrigation equipment.
Our sponsors included Barenbrug Seeds, Bredy Agriculture, CJ Cox Ltd, Ferndown Commercials, Marston Tractors Ltd, & Rochfords Machinery. Equipment on display ranged from Ifor Williams trailers to Isuzu tippers, with John Deere mowers, New Holland tractors, Iseki groundcare, and Stihl power tools.
The weather could not have been better for the location on top of a hill, and the refreshments that were provided kept everyone fed and watered for the day.
