Niwaki Mizuna Seeds - Japanese Mustard
These leaves are ideal to be added to salads, stir-fries and soups.
This hardy mustard seed produces an abundant of leaves which can be eaten raw in a salad or added to a dish whilst cooking.
The leaves are high in protein & vitamins including A,C and K. It also has anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory properties.
Advice for seeding:
- Sow under cover from January or outside from March
- Keep soil moist
- Transfer seedlings to sun/partial shade
- Thrives in containers filled with good compost
- Harvest younger leaves continuously up to December
