Weed Control Membrane (70gsm) - Weedban Ultra

Weedban Ultra is a heavy duty 70gsm non-woven black spunbond landscape fabric, also commonly known as geotextile or weed guard membrane.

For heavy duty control of weeds in flower beds and borders, raised beds, large pots, along fence lines or under garden paths and decking. This product can easily be cut to the size and shape you require and pinned in place for effective weed suppression. To secure why not try our biodegradable green pegs. When used in areas to be planted, simply cut an x in the desired location of your new plants and plant away! 

For the best results in weed suppression keep the fabric clear of debris and avoid fine mulch on top. However, why not try adding a gravel, or bark nuggets for a more decorative and natural look.

NOTE : Strong weeds such as Couch Grass, Knotweed, Nettles, Bindweed and Mare’s Tail, may grow through lower grade membranes (40gsm). In such areas apply a suitable weed killer and use 2 layers of 40gsm membrane or 1 layer of Weedban Ultra. For badly affected areas use a suitable weed killer.

4 widths available 1m, 1.5m, 2m or 3m. Available by the metre or in 15m, 25m, 50m or 100m rolls.
