Low Growing Wildflower Turf
Low Grow Turf is designed to produce a dense sward of hardy perennial native and naturalised species with a minimum of 90% wildflowers. Their low-growing habit is particularly useful for areas where biodiversity needs to be re-introduced. Still, height needs to be restricted, for example, where line of sight near road junctions needs to be maintained at a lower level for safety reasons. This mix has the added benefit of having several scented species included, so if mown or walked upon, it will give off a heady herbal aroma. This is not a highly colourful mix nor intended for use as a flowering lawn.
Typical use for verges, roundabouts, parks, and gardens.
