This Japanese Aubergine is an early variety which produces a sweet and mild fruit.
Ideal to make miso glazed aubergine, pickled or stir-fried: so simple but so very delicious.
Advice for seeding:
- Sow inside in a warm spot between January-April
- Transfer young plants to sunny, well-drained soil from May-June
- Water generously, keeping the soil moist throughout the growing period.
